Each planner is a PDF file you can print as many times as you like. Prices are in euros; your bank converts them automatically (€0.99 ≈ $1.15). Prices include tax: the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise at checkout.

FAQ
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, these are digital files. You receive a PDF to print at home or use on a tablet.
How do I download my file?
Right after payment, Payhip sends you a "Thank you for your order" email. Click "Download Now": your PDF opens or saves to your Downloads folder. On a phone, open it with the Files app or your PDF reader.
I didn't get my file, what should I do?
Check your spam and Promotions folders. If it's not there, email [email protected] with the product name and we'll send it again.
What paper size?
The files are made in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), at actual size (100%). They also print nicely on A4: just choose "fit to page" in your print settings.
Can I use it on a tablet?
Yes! Open the PDF in a note-taking app like GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo and write on it with your stylus.
How do the Canva templates work?
You receive a PDF with an "Open my template" button. Log in to Canva (a free account is enough) and click "Use template": your own copy is created. Edit the text and colors, then download your invitation as a PDF or image.
Do prices include tax?
Yes! The price shown is the final price, tax included: nothing is added at checkout. Payhip takes care of paying any VAT or sales tax to the tax authorities.
Can I print it for my family?
Yes, you can print as many copies as you like for yourself and your family. You can't resell or share the file.

What you're buying
Digital PDF files to print or use on a tablet. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in euros, tax included: the price shown is the price you pay.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled securely by our partner Payhip (card or PayPal). Your download link is emailed right after payment.
Refunds
Because digital files are delivered instantly, you agree when ordering that the file is delivered right away and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If your file is unreadable, won't download or is the wrong product, reply to your order email or write to [email protected] and we'll fix it (new file or refund).
How you can use the files
For personal use only. Print as many copies as you like for yourself and your family, but please don't resell, share or distribute them.
Privacy and personal data
Who is responsible? Plume & Planner (sole proprietorship, France), [email protected].
What data? When you buy, the Payhip platform collects your name, email address, country and order; payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal (we never see your card details). If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
Why? Only to deliver your file, issue the invoice, meet our accounting obligations and answer your questions. Your data is never sold or rented, and we never send you marketing without your consent.
How long? Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years (French accounting law). Email conversations are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Cookies: this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are anonymous (Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookie-free). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. Payhip's checkout pages have their own cookie rules.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
